Project Brief

KC Landscaping reached out to us in need of a completely customized marketing campaign geared toward attracting more large commercial clients. They had a strong business base in the residential market throughout the Greater New Haven area, but were now looking to create a commercial division to handle those large properties. After meeting with Kevin, Anthony, and the rest of the KC team, we put together a complete strategy within their budget and executed the campaign, receiving very favorable results along the way.

Skills Needed

Custom marketing campaigns always require our complete skill-set. Our teams of graphic designers, copywriters, marketers, and researchers went into full work-mode once this came across our plates. Our creative teams spent hours creating multiple versions of every piece included in the campaign, as well as different variations on all of the content we used. Our marketing team created a complete campaign strategy and schedule to follow, allowing for total accountability and management on their part. We also focused our efforts on researching the “ideal customer” we were trying to reach, giving the whole campaign a specific demographic to hone in on.

Initial Concept Planning

We got right to work meeting with Kevin and Anthony, pouring over the target market segment, outlining the campaign goals, and creating a total strategy from the ground up.

Drafts & Revisions

Each piece involved in the campaign had several iterations until we settled on a common campaign theme and fit everything around it. Content was changed the most, specifically getting the tone and message across effectively. 

Final Delivery

The campaign was launched in the first quarter of 2016 and has received fantastic results. We had over 50% response rate and a 25% communication rate among those we targeted specifically, well above our stated goals.
